Standing on God's Promises

Jesus is able to keep me from falling
Though I may daily stumble
His outstretched hands remind me
To love others, I need to be humble

I cannot walk this path alone
I need His strong hands to guide me
Be it valleys dark, or fiery darts
Whatever besets or betides me

He faultlessly will present me
Before His most glorious throne
Where I will stand in awe with praise
To the One who has led me Home
